The services offered by the agency are to be delivered as per the selected package (Package 1: Commission-based, Package 2: Basic Fee + Commission, or Package 3: Service Fee + Commission). Each package includes a specific set of services aimed at optimizing hotel growth and marketing efforts.
The agency will provide services including OTA management, photography & videography, branding & design, website development, social media management, SEO, influencer marketing, property styling, inventory management, bookings over call, analytics for growth, sales and revenue management, property and operations management, customer relationship management, reviews and ratings management, priority customer support, meta-advertising, and a dedicated manager based on the chosen package.
The initial term of the contract is 12 months, with an option for renewal based on mutual agreement. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of early termination by the client, any fees paid are non-refundable, and the client will be responsible for any outstanding payments.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality concerning any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the term of the contract. Breach of confidentiality may lead to immediate termination of the contract and potential legal action.
The agency will perform services to the best of its abilities and will provide regular updates on activities, progress, and performance. The client is responsible for providing accurate property information, images, and other materials required for marketing and operations.
All creative assets (photographs, videos, branding materials) produced by the agency will remain the property of the agency until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership rights will be transferred to the client.
The agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided. The client agrees to indemnify and hold the agency harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from any breach of these terms.
Any disputes arising out of this agreement will be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration under the laws of the jurisdiction where the agency is based.
The agency reserves the right to update or change the scope of services as necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to the client in advance.
The agency adheres to all data protection laws and regulations. Any personal or sensitive data collected will be used solely for the purposes of delivering the services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
The agency encourages client feedback to improve service quality. Any testimonials or reviews provided by the client may be used by the agency for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For packages that include priority customer support, the agency provides 24x7 assistance. Support levels (Standard/Enhanced) vary based on the selected package.
The agency will have full access and administrative control over the hotel's website, social media channels, emails, and any other digital platforms utilized for marketing and growth strategies. This includes managing login credentials, content, updates, and timely adjustments for optimized campaigns and prompt responses.
